A 6-week, remote experience designed to fit a student schedule. Learn, build, and lead alongside the core team at Tech Sangi.
Program Details
Designed For Students.
We respect your academic commitment. This program does not expect 8-hour workdays. Instead, we focus on small, weekly high-impact deliverables that require just 1 to 2 hours per day (or 5–8 hours a week).
Community Manager: 30 minutes daily checking and coordinating events.
Designer: Creating 2 to 3 creative graphics per week.
Sales Associate: Sending 5 to 10 outreach messages per day.
Social Media Lead: Scheduling and publishing 3 to 5 posts per week.

Community Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage Tech Sangi Builders Community
- Welcome new members and drive group interactions
- Organize workshops and interactive skill-sharing sessions
- Coordinate hackathons and community builds
- Maintain official WhatsApp Community & social channels
Social Media & Content Lead
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts and announcements
- Draft and design Instagram content
- Promote events and share community announcements
- Plan and maintain the weekly content calendar
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to align copy/captions with design visuals
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality posters and banners for digital events
- Create visually appealing social media posts
- Build premium presentation decks for events and clients
- Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to create designs based on the content calendar requirements
Business Development / Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Find potential clients and conduct outreach to schools, NGOs, and startups
- Schedule discovery meetings
- Maintain and update the client leads sheet
Client Success Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle direct client communications and follow-ups
- Gather project requirements and document meeting notes
- Keep clients updated on project progress
Web Developer Intern
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and maintain features using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS
- Collaborate on writing semantic HTML and clean CSS structures
- Work on API routing, database schema mappings, and serverless architectures
- Ensure fully responsive UI components across different screen sizes
App Developer Intern
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using React Native or Flutter
- Collaborate on UI components and native API integrations
- Optimize mobile performance and cross-device layouts
- Integrate backend API services with mobile application state
UI/UX Designer Intern
Responsibilities:
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive mockups in Figma
- Establish responsive grid styles and consistent design systems

Software Developer Intern
